provide energy for the human body. ONLY proteins can make new cells and
rebuild tissues. Proteins are the basic material of
every body cell.
Consequenty, if you only eat protein for breakfast -- the body
will use the protein for making new cells and rebuilding tissues and
burn your stored fat for the energy that it
requires to go about its daily activities.
